Have Your Say on a proposal to rename 'Victoria Bridge' to 'The Mike McTigue Bridge'

Ennis Municipal District is inviting members of the public to make submissions on a proposal to rename 'Victoria Bridge', Cusack Road, Ennis.
It is proposed that the bridge will be renamed to 'The Mike McTigue Bridge', in honour of the 1923 world boxing champion who hailed from Kilnamona.
The online public consultation is now open and continues until 4.00pm on Friday 7th April.
